Terms of Sale

These terms govern your use of PLR.Today and anything you buy from us. Our full trading identity and address are on the contact page.

1. What we sell

PLR.Today sells downloadable digital products supplied with commercial usage rights — Private Label Rights and, for some products, Master Resell Rights. What you may do with them is set out in the licence, which forms part of these terms.

Access is delivered to your account and by email immediately after payment. It is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or given away as library access.

2. Your order

Prices are shown inclusive of any tax we are required to charge, in the currency displayed at checkout. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay; the button says so. We may decline an order, and if we do we refund you in full.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Your statutory right to cancel, and our separate 30-day money-back guarantee, are explained in full on the refund page. In short: you can have your money back within 30 days, for any reason, by sending one email.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the email address on your account and for what is done through it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used to redistribute the library.

5. What we do not promise

We do not promise that you will earn anything. See the earnings disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Nothing on this site is business, legal, tax or financial advice.

The library is supplied as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular marketplace will accept products derived from it.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. Changes

We may change these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you bought is the version that applies to that purchase, and we keep prior versions.

8. Governing law

The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction are stated on the contact page alongside our registered details. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
