Everything below is the answer, first sentence. Nothing here? Email info@plr.today — replies within 24 hours on business days.
I paid but nothing arrived
Go to your library sign-in and sign in with the email you paid with — your files sit in your account whether or not the email reached you. The confirmation usually lands within a minute, so if it hasn't, check spam and promotions: a first message from a new sender often goes there. Add info@plr.today to your contacts once you find it. If fifteen minutes have passed and signing in shows nothing, email us with the receipt Stripe sent you and we'll put access on your account by hand.
I can't sign in, or the link says it expired
Ask for a fresh link — each one works exactly once and dies an hour after we send it. Common causes of an instant "expired": you opened an older link from a previous request, someone already clicked it, or a corporate mail scanner opened it before you did. There is no password to get wrong; the only thing that matters is that you type the address you paid with. The link works on any device.
How do I download again later?
Sign in at your library and press Open next to any item — as many times as you like, for as long as you like. Access is lifetime and tied to your email, not to a link. Don't bookmark or forward a download URL itself: each one is created the moment you click Open. Bookmark the library instead. Save a copy of everything to your own drive anyway, so you're never waiting on anything.
I used the wrong email at checkout
Sign in with the address Stripe took at checkout — usually it's an old or work address that was autofilled, and everything is sitting there. If the address was genuinely mistyped and no inbox exists, email info@plr.today from the address you want the purchase moved to and attach the Stripe receipt. Once it's moved, sign in with the corrected address: purchases attach themselves to your account the first time you sign in with a matching email.
What am I allowed to do with these files?
PLR products: edit them, put your brand on them, set your price, sell them on Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, Teachers Pay Teachers, Amazon KDP where the format allows, or your own site, and keep everything you make — but resale rights don't pass to your buyer. MRR products: resell as they are, and your buyer may resell once more; rights stop there.
What you can't do: resell or share access to the library itself, or release unedited source files as a free bulk download. Every folder carries its own licence file, and where it differs, that file governs that product. Full terms: the licence.
What formats are the files, and do I need special software?
Free tools cover almost everything. Canva templates open with a free Canva account — open the share link, then make your own copy before editing. Documents open in Google Docs or Word, and printables arrive as print-ready PDFs. Products are delivered as named folders holding the editable source files, product descriptions and mockups. Where a source file needs a specific program, the folder says so up front.
How do I get a refund?
Email info@plr.today within 30 days from the address you bought with — no reason, no form, no questions. Prefer a form? Use the cancellation form and you'll get written confirmation with a reference. Stripe returns the money to the card you paid with, typically in 5–10 business days. A full refund ends the licence and your access to the files. Email us before opening a card dispute — a chargeback suspends your access while the bank decides, and we'd have refunded you anyway.
A file won't open
Download the folder before opening anything — Drive's preview chokes on large PDFs and on formats it doesn't render, which looks exactly like a broken file. Use Download; Drive zips the folder on the way out. Extract the zip fully before opening what's inside, because opening a document from inside a zip preview often shows it as empty or damaged. If a large download stalls partway, take the subfolders one at a time — that's a connection timeout, not a corrupt archive. If one specific file is genuinely broken, email us its name and we'll re-share it.
