This page explains what we store on your device. We keep it short because the list is short.

We do not track you

There is no advertising network on this site, no analytics pixel, no social media tracker, no session recorder, and no third-party marketing tag. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share your browsing behaviour with anyone.

That is why you are not being asked to accept cookies. Under the ePrivacy Directive, consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary. Everything we store is strictly necessary to run the things you asked for, so there is nothing to consent to.

What we actually store

Sign-in

When you sign in to your library we store a session token so you stay signed in between pages. It is set by our authentication provider, Supabase, on our own domain. Deleting it signs you out. Without it, accounts cannot work at all.

Checkout

Stripe sets its own cookies on their checkout page to process the payment and to detect fraud. These are set by Stripe, not by us, and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy. Card details never touch our servers.

Nothing else

We self-host our fonts rather than loading them from Google, we do not embed videos, and we do not run a chat widget. Those are the three most common ways a site quietly acquires third-party tracking, and we have avoided all of them deliberately.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics, we will add a proper consent banner where refusing is as easy as accepting, and we will update this page before doing so. We will not add advertising trackers.
