PLR & MRR Licence

This is the licence that comes with every product you buy. The plain-English summary is the part most people need; the terms below it are what actually binds.

The short version

You can: edit and redesign the products; put your own name, brand and cover on them; set your own price; sell them on Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, Teachers Pay Teachers, Amazon KDP where the format allows, or your own site; bundle them with your own products; use them as free lead magnets; and keep every penny you make.

You cannot: resell or share access to the PLR.Today library itself; pass on resale rights to your buyers unless the product is marked MRR; redistribute the unedited source files as a free mass download; register copyright over material you did not create; claim PLR.Today endorses you; or use the products in anything unlawful or misleading.

The one people ask about most: your customers may use what they buy from you, but they may not resell it — unless the product is marked Master Resell Rights, in which case they may resell it once, and their buyers may not. Rights stop travelling after that.

1. What this covers

This licence covers the digital files supplied to you through PLR.Today under the order recorded against your account. It is identified by version, shown at the foot of this page, and the version in force is the one you accepted at checkout. We keep prior versions; changing this page does not change the terms of a purchase you already made.

2. Grant

Subject to your paying in full and complying with these terms, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, modify and commercially exploit the products as described above.

This is a licence, not a sale of the copyright. We and our licensors retain ownership. Non-exclusive means other people are buying the same files — that is what makes them affordable, and it is why editing them matters.

3. Private Label Rights and Master Resell Rights

Products marked PLR may be edited and sold under your own brand. Rights do not pass to your buyer.

Products marked MRR may be resold as they are, and your buyer may resell them once more. Rights stop there.

Every folder contains its own licence file. Where it differs from this page, the file in the folder governs that product.

4. What you may not do

You may not resell, share, sublicense or give away access to the library itself, or to any account. You may not distribute the unedited files as a free bulk download. You may not represent unedited products as work you created for the purpose of claiming exclusive rights over them. You may not use the products in anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or in breach of a marketplace's own rules.

5. Our warranty, and its limit

We warrant that we hold the rights necessary to grant this licence. If a third party credibly claims otherwise about a specific product, tell us and we will withdraw it and refund you for it.

We do not warrant that the products will sell, that any marketplace will accept them, or that they are fit for a particular purpose. Marketplaces set their own rules about resold content and change them without notice; checking those rules is yours to do.

6. If this licence ends

This licence ends if you breach it materially and do not fix it within 14 days of us telling you, or if you receive a full refund. When it ends you must stop selling products derived from the files and delete your copies. Continuing to use them after that is copyright infringement, not merely a breach of contract.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

8. AI-generated material

Some products may contain material produced with the help of AI tools. In several countries purely AI-generated material may attract limited or no copyright protection. We do not warrant that you can obtain exclusive copyright over such material, only that you may use and sell it under this licence.

9. General

If any part of this licence is unenforceable, the rest still stands. Our not enforcing something once does not waive it. Governing law and the courts with jurisdiction are stated on the terms page.
