Refunds & Cancellation
You have two separate rights. One comes from the law, the other is a promise we make on top of it. They work differently, so we explain them separately rather than blurring them together.
1. Your statutory right to cancel (EU and UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, distance-selling law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an order without giving a reason.
Digital downloads are treated differently. Because we give you access immediately, that 14-day right ends as soon as the download becomes available to you — but only if, at checkout, you asked for immediate access and confirmed you understood you were giving up the right. That confirmation is the checkbox you tick before paying, and we record it. You also receive it in writing in your order confirmation email.
If you did not give that confirmation, your 14-day right still stands. Email info@plr.today and we will cancel and refund in full.
You can also use our cancellation form at any time. It reaches us immediately and you get written confirmation that we received it.
2. Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Separately, and regardless of the above, every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. This is more generous than the law requires, and we offer it because a digital file is impossible to judge before you open it.
Email info@plr.today within 30 days of purchase, from the address you bought with. We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. No forms, no questions, no requirement to explain yourself.
The conditions, in full:
There is one. The request must come within 30 days of purchase, from the email address on the order. That is the entire list. We do not require you to prove you tried the products, we do not deduct a restocking fee, and we do not refuse repeat requests.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Stripe typically returns the money within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different method than the one used to pay.
Partial refunds are possible if we agree one with you. A partial refund does not end your access; a full refund does.
4. What happens to your access
When a full refund is issued, the commercial licences granted with that purchase end, and your access to the files is withdrawn. Anything you have already downloaded should be deleted, and you may not continue to sell products derived from it.
We say this plainly because it is the part people are least likely to expect: a refund unwinds the licence, not just the payment.
5. Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, email us first. We refund on request, so a chargeback costs you time you do not need to spend. If you do open a dispute, access is withdrawn while it is being decided, and restored if it is resolved in your favour.
